Ma’at
Healing for Children
Children feel deeply, even when they can’t express what’s wrong. Because their systems are still developing, stress, fear, or overwhelming emotions can easily settle in their mind and body.

A Technique that Reaches Beyond Words
Pure. Silent. Safe.
Ma’at Healing for children offers a peaceful, non-verbal way to support your child’s emotional and physical well-being. It clears what’s been held in the mind and body — without your child needing to talk, remember, or relive anything difficult.
- Anxious, shy, or overwhelmed.
- Acting out or shutting down.
- Struggling with sleep or nightmares.
- Experiencing tummy aches or PHYSICAL tension.
- Showing big emotions or mood swings.
- STRUGGLING with change or loss.
A Healed Child Creates a Brighter Future
Because children can’t always explain what hurts, Ma’at connects directly to where that stress is stored — deep in the subconscious energy field. Most children respond quickly, often feeling calmer, lighter, and more settled — sometimes even after the very first session.
“It’s like a weight lifted. My child started laughing more—and sleeping better.” – Parent
Support that helps your child feel safe, understood, and able to breathe again.
"For years I searched for the missing key for powerful healing. Ma’at put the master key in my hands."

The Ma’at Healing Process for Children
The Ma’at Healing Technique for children is gentle, non-invasive, and completely tailored to your child’s energy. Whether your child is active, shy, sensitive, or somewhere in between, the process meets them exactly where they are.
The Process:
1. Brief Intake – Before the session, your certified practitioner will connect with you (the parent or caregiver) to understand what your child is experiencing.
2. The 6-Sessions – Your child can relax, play quietly, nap, or simply be present. They don’t need to talk or do anything specific. Sessions can be done in person or remotely. The Ma’at method works through the energy field and subconscious, silently releasing blocks.
3. Aftercare Support – Most children feel calmer, lighter, or more settled after a session. Some may experience emotional releases like tears or sleepiness—a normal sign that the body is integrating the healing.
4. Follow-Up – You’ll receive insights and guidance from your practitioner to support your child’s progress and emotional wellbeing.
Your practitioner is there to support you and your child every step of the way.

Ma’at Healing for Children is a powerful technique that supports emotional and behavioural balance. Here are answers to the most common questions parents ask about the technique — so you can feel confident in your next step.
Ma’at works on the energetic and subconscious level, where emotional stress and trauma are stored—even if your child can’t explain or understand it. The technique gently clears those blocks without needing words or explanations. During the initial 30 minute consultation, you will be able to discuss your concerns with your practitioner.
Sessions are calm and non-invasive. Your child can sit, lie down, draw, play quietly, or even nap. There’s no need to talk or do anything specific. The energy work happens subtly, and most children respond very naturally.
Some children feel relaxed, sleepy, or peaceful during the session. Others may feel emotional release (like yawning, sighing, or brief tears). Afterward, many parents report their child sleeps better, is more settled, or seems “lighter.”
Many children experience shifts after the first session—especially in mood, sleep, or anxiety levels. For deeper or long-standing issues, a few sessions may be needed. Your practitioner will guide you based on your child’s needs.
Ma’at is a unique process that is designed to work over 6 stages for deep emotional and physical clearing. The healing journey is purchased as a full 6 session bundle. The work applied to the child’s energy, mind and body is precise, and each session progresses on the one before. The 6 sessions complete the work. Your child will need time to recalibrate their system between sessions.
Some children respond beautifully to the first session. Others may take a few sessions to respond, depending on what’s being released. Ma’at works gently but deeply, and every child’s journey is unique.
Yes—very often, these physical symptoms are linked to emotional tension or stress. When those underlying blocks are released, the body can relax, and symptoms often ease or disappear altogether.
Absolutely. Ma’at is gentle, adaptive, and non-verbal. It respects your child’s nervous system and emotional sensitivity. Many neurodiverse children respond well because it doesn't demand talking, touch, or eye contact.
Yes, and we encourage it. Your child’s comfort comes first. You’re welcome to stay with them, hold their hand, or simply be nearby while they relax.
Just a quiet, comfortable space for your child to relax—either in person or at home if the session is remote. It’s helpful if the environment is calm and distraction-free, but it doesn’t need to be perfect.
After each session, your practitioner may share insights and simple ways to support your child’s integration. You’ll also be able to ask questions, share observations, and decide together if other issues need to be worked on.
