Your Questions, Answered

Here are answers to the most common questions from pet owners about our animal sessions.

It’s a simple tool that asks a few questions about your needs and preferences, then instantly recommends three Ma’at Practitioners who are the best energetic match for you.

We use your answers — including emotional needs, physical concerns, session preferences, and language — to match you with certified practitioners trained to support that exact kind of healing.

You’ll get direct links to each practitioner’s full profile. You can read about their background, see their availability, and book your session with the one who feels right.

None at all. You can take your time, explore your options, and only book when you feel ready.

Yes! You don’t need to have all the answers. The form is designed to gently guide you — and the practitioners you’re matched with are trained to meet you exactly where you are.

Both options are available. You’ll see each practitioner’s session types listed in their profile, and you can choose what suits you best.

Completely. The initial free 30 minute consultation gives you the opportunity to complete a questionnaire. This helps your practitioner to make sure your issues are focused on during the 6-sessions. However, the Ma’at Healing Technique works silently, with no need to speak or revisit painful memories. Your practitioner uses energy-based tools that do the clearing without conversation.

Yes. One of the match filters includes spoken language, so we can connect you with someone you can understand and feel safe with.

Let us know via the follow-up link, and we’ll personally assist you in finding someone better suited — no pressure, just support.

No — the Match Me service is completely free. You’ll only pay for the 6-session protocol when you book directly with your chosen practitioner.

Children

Your Questions, Answered

We understand that your child’s well-being is your top priority. Here are answers to the most common questions parents ask about the Ma’at Healing Technique — so you can feel confident in your next step.

Ma’at works on the energetic and subconscious level, where emotional stress and trauma are stored—even if your child can’t explain or understand it. The technique gently clears those blocks without needing words or explanations. During the initial 30 minute consultation, you will be able to discuss your concerns with your practitioner.

Sessions are calm and non-invasive. Your child can sit, lie down, draw, play quietly, or even nap. There’s no need to talk or do anything specific. The energy work happens subtly, and most children respond very naturally.

Some children feel relaxed, sleepy, or peaceful during the session. Others may feel emotional release (like yawning, sighing, or brief tears). Afterward, many parents report their child sleeps better, is more settled, or seems “lighter.”

Many children experience shifts after the first session—especially in mood, sleep, or anxiety levels. For deeper or long-standing issues, a few sessions may be needed. Your practitioner will guide you based on your child’s needs.

Ma’at is a unique process that is designed to work over 6 stages for deep emotional and physical clearing. The healing journey is purchased as a full 6 session bundle. The work applied to the child’s energy, mind and body is precise, and each session progresses on the one before. The 6 sessions complete the work. Your child will need time to recalibrate their system between sessions.

Some children respond beautifully to the first session. Others may take a few sessions to respond, depending on what’s being released. Ma’at works gently but deeply, and every child’s journey is unique.

Yes—very often, these physical symptoms are linked to emotional tension or stress. When those underlying blocks are released, the body can relax, and symptoms often ease or disappear altogether.

Absolutely. Ma’at is gentle, adaptive, and non-verbal. It respects your child’s nervous system and emotional sensitivity. Many neurodiverse children respond well because it doesn't demand talking, touch, or eye contact.

Yes, and we encourage it. Your child’s comfort comes first. You’re welcome to stay with them, hold their hand, or simply be nearby while they relax.

Just a quiet, comfortable space for your child to relax—either in person or at home if the session is remote. It’s helpful if the environment is calm and distraction-free, but it doesn’t need to be perfect.

After each session, your practitioner may share insights and simple ways to support your child’s integration. You’ll also be able to ask questions, share observations, and decide together if other issues need to be worked on.

Animal

Your Questions, Answered

Here are answers to the most common questions from pet owners about our animal sessions.

It works energetically, by gently clearing emotional and energetic blocks stored in your animal’s system. Animals are highly receptive to energy work, and they don’t need to understand it for it to help.

Many do. You might see yawning, stretching, deep breathing, or even sleepiness during or after the session. Some animals may simply relax quietly—both responses are totally normal.

Not at all. Ma’at is non-invasive. Sessions can be done in person or remotely, and your animal doesn’t need to be touched or held. They just need a calm, safe space to relax.

Emotional distress (fear, anxiety, aggression), past trauma (rescue animals), changes in behaviour, sleep problems, separation anxiety, and some physical tension or discomfort linked to emotional blocks.

Yes—beautifully. Because Ma’at works beyond words, it’s ideal for animals who’ve experienced trauma, neglect, or abandonment. It helps them release emotional memory and settle into safety.

Yes, although surface-level stress may be quick to respond, deeper emotional or physical issues will need the full 6 session program.

Often, yes. Some shifts are immediate—your animal may become more relaxed, open, or affectionate. Other changes unfold gradually over a few days. Each animal integrates healing in their own way.

Yes—especially those caused or worsened by stress, anxiety, or emotional holding. Releasing these blocks often leads to improvements in mobility, digestion, energy, and overall ease.
